Recruitment process
Online Application
At this stage, we analyze the CV in terms of the required skills and experience. We keep every candidate updated about status of application and we may contact only selected candidates by phone. Recruitment process officially starts here.
HR Screening & Test
The interview will last about 30 minutes. At this stage we want to get to know you better. We will ask about your motivation, skill-set and experience. There may be a need to perform a knowledge/skills test for particular roles.
Technical Interview
At this stage, you will have the opportunity to meet your potential supervisor and technical specialist. The interview lasts 1-1.5 hours and is usually held online. At the meeting, you will learn the details of the job in a given position and development prospects.
Welcome On Board
At this stage, the recruiter contacts you and submits an offer. If you decide to accept - we will be more than happy and immediately start with setting up your onboarding.
