About us
We are the only preschool in Gdynia that is entirely English speaking. All the activities are conducted in English.
Our mission
1. Our services
Based on the knowledge of the local market and with 7 years of experience on the management board of a company offering international education, Gdynia International School (GIS) offers a high quality of education, respecting the individual needs of Polish and international clients in Gdynia and the surrounding area. As a starting point, from 2013, GIS offers preschool education in English. This is an important step in the school’s future development and in the future development of our young learners.
2. Family atmosphere
We create a warm, family atmosphere that is conducive to thoughtful interaction and constructive communication among parents, teachers and students. Our motivating, English-speaking environment encourages all the members of our school community to work together to develop each student’s potential.
3. International environment
Gdynia International School is created by our international community and is based on our diversity and multi-cultural experiences. Different traditions and lifestyles help to build intercultural awareness and inspire students to become compassionate and tolerant.
4. Stimulating education
Our holistic, stimulating programme, on every level of education, is based on individual learning needs and we aim to develop students to become socially responsible, self-aware and open-mined people. Our education is a building-block for the permanent learning of a lifetime. From 2013 the curriculum in our preschools is based on the National Curriculum of England and will be regularly revised to ensure we are using the most appropriate curriculum for our learners.
